One Panino At A Time was inspired by the love of a good panino and taking life “One Day At A Time”.
The founder of the brand Jessica Monteriso, created the mantra “One Panino At A Time” in response to losing both parents to Cancer at the age of 15 and 26.
She set up a personal blog in 2020 so she could write reviews about each panino she stumbled across and old Italian family traditions. Jessica has decided to dedicate the brand to her parents whilst offering support to small businesses through satirical reviews. Delicious Christmas Hampers will be available to purchase from November 18th at www.onepaninoatatime.com.au, with 10% of the sales going towards the Lets Beat Bowel Cancer initiative supported by Cabrini Health.
Her vision is to offer a roadmap to the best paninotecas in Melbourne, whilst shedding light about her grievances and humorous remarks about the pandemic.
